Should they be contacted regarding Mann Bracken if I can't make payments to them because they are closed to file some action to show evidence that I didn't breach the settlement? We do not suggest paying another collector just because they say so. You will need to get that alleged account validated. I owe them money (1.8G), and I was told by an attorney to wait for the creditor to get a new debit collector on it, to retain my settlement letter and bank records of all monies paid to them, of which I've done. So do we just wait? Also the balance that the creditor has is worng, but I have all records of the checks they cashed up to 17.4G! So does anyone know who will take over for them?
