United Recovery Systems office is in Houston, Texas. This CA is busy mailing letters and calling consumers. Their bark is worse than their bite. This agency was established in 1977 and usually is not able to validate the alleged debt of the consumer. This collection harassment is incessant calls rather than letters.
We have read that a few years back, it is very difficult to work there and the collectors who call the consumers are harassed themselves on the job. It was stated that this collection agency has no scruples and that the employees have questionable backgrounds and financial problems. Is that a surprise???
If you receive a letter from this company BEWARE because they may be aligned with the Law Office of James A West in Texas who is known to sue consumers.
Contact us immediately if you have been contacted by United Recovery Systems or James A West. Do not talk to anyone at URS!

They are calling and saying they are going to serve me for something I do not owe and they are threatening me and my husband who has nothing to do with this. and he is ready the sue them
