Hi there. I had dealings with Mr McGavic and am wondering what I can do to erase my garnishments if anything? He hasnt gotten money from me, but sent me paperwork fooling me into thinking it was something else and then failed to notify me of a garnishment order or time that I may appear to dispute it. Is there any way we can have our garnishments dismissed due to his severe miscarriage of justice?

Thanks for your comment. Erase? Off your credit report?
If you have a judgment, there is no way to avoid a garnishment. If you were not properly served you can get the judgment vacated.

so sad, this is exactly whats wrong with america. politions only do half the job.
why is finney allowed to continue, every heard of “accessory to murder”
or giulty by association” or whatever example you add in. the ag’s job is only half dont
kristin finney needs to be disbared as well as every attorney who worked there or represented them in any court, daniel gordon etc. and every employee should face harrasment charges.
this is whats wrong with america, the attorney general says this is criminal
and the should be able to prove intent, so everyone should face charges as criminals.
but they stop mcgavic and let the problem press on. horrible.
i like john kroger, but he has more work to do. a quick google serach so the exact same things are still happening under this finney lady. disbar her and mcgavic was fined for the cost of the investigation, where is the financial compensation for the victims???????????????
